Simo Puintila

Simo's background is in industrial design. He graduated as Master of Arts from the University of Art and Design Helsinki in 2001. He has been designing physical learning environments for children aged 10-12, corporate identities and different kind of exhibition and fair stand designs. He constantly keeps developing different type of ideas such as composting dry toilets, rural kitchens or briquette stoves to be used in rural conditions or in areas that are facing crisis.
